The Box" is a unique and immersive experience designed to challenge and surprise participants. Each participant will receive a mystery box whose contents are unknown until the time of the activity. The contents of the box are carefully selected and adapted according to the type of workshop to be held, focusing on key topics such as leadership, teamwork and communication.

MATERIALS AND RESOURCES
Gotraining will provide all the materials necessary for the assembly and development of the experience. Some of these materials are wood, bottles, caps and other recyclable elements.

No technical knowledge is required on the part of the participants.*
METHODOLOGY
The experience begins with the delivery of a sealed box to each participant. Uncertainty and curiosity take hold of the group as everyone wonders what could be inside.
Upon opening the box, participants will discover a series of specific and significant items that will serve as tools and clues for the workshop activities. These items are designed to provoke reflection, encourage collaboration, and stimulate critical thinking. The items vary according to the topic developed in the experience.
Interactive Activities: Depending on the focus of the workshop, the contents of the box may vary. For example:

  • Leadership: Objects that symbolize leadership and decision making, accompanied by challenges that require leadership skills.
  • Teamwork: Materials that promote cooperation and working together, such as puzzle pieces or components of a collaborative construction.
  • Communication: Tools that facilitate effective communication, such as conversation cards, communication devices, or role-playing games.

As participants interact with the contents of the box, they are faced with challenges designed to develop and reinforce their skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication. The activities are structured to be both fun and educational, ensuring meaningful learning through practice.
