MATERIALS AND RESOURCES

Gotraining will provide all the materials necessary for the assembly and development of the experience. Some of these materials are wood, bottles, caps and other recyclable elements.

No technical knowledge is required on the part of the participants.*

METHODOLOGY

The goal is for the entire participating group to learn to play like a real orchestra by joining groups of notes and melodies (no musical knowledge is necessary for this activity).

After giving general instructions, the team will work in separate sections under the guidance of expert musicians. Each team will have the mission of generating a melody with different elements (not instruments) supplied by Gotraining.
Once the exercise is completed by sections, they come together as a powerful orchestra under the baton of the conductor and the voice of a singer, performing a complete musical piece.

ACHIEVEMENTS FOR THE ORGANIZATION

They vary according to the type of experience selected and the client's objectives.

• Participants strengthen their soft skills in leadership, communication, emotional management, teamwork, among others, through practice and application.
• The dynamics raised around the experience put the concentration and reaction capacity of each team member to the test.
• This is a practical, dynamic experience that will test participants' ingenuity, resourcefulness, decision-making ability and stress management.
• Approach in a safe space between participants, contributing to the improvement of the work environment.
• An intentional message in accordance with the experience design tailored to the needs of the organization.
