Outdoor experiences are designed according to the diagnosis made; these can be within the following categories or have combinations of some of them:
- Discovery race Challenge: An adrenaline-charged experience that unfolds through an observation race whose environment can be the company's headquarters, a student campus, a natural park or the entire city.
- Construction Challenge: Construction of different elements in a team.
- Breakout: Immersive experiences derived from escape games.
- Music Band Challenge: Group orchestra supported by recyclable elements.
- Paint Brush Challenge: One team, one mission, one work of art together.
- Digital Experiences: Augmented Reality, Digital Puzzles, Digital Breakout, Learning Games, Online Games, Online Constructions, Role Playing Games, among others.
Participants will be organized into teams to face different tests throughout the day. Each team will have its own badge (provided by Gotraining) – Depending on the number of participants and orientation of the workshop
Participants in each team will apply the PRA methodology: Think, Reflect and Act.
The type of challenge and/or experience to be applied depends on the place where the workshop will be held, the time, the number of participants and the topic to be discussed.
The tests will be of a physical and/or mental type, if you work from cooperation so that all teams achieve a single objective; competition is not generated, everyone's contribution to the achievement of the organizational objective is validated.
