Gotraining will provide all the necessary materials for the setup and execution of the experience.

No technical knowledge is required from the participants.*

METHODOLOGY

Each team, established at the start of the experience, must tackle a series of challenges focused on teamwork, cooperation, and leadership. Successfully completing these tasks will earn them the passwords and keys needed to either disarm a countdown-timer device or unlock a special box.

This activity combines different components:

• Team-building challenges: Experiential dynamics that enhance values and skills within teams and the organization (communication, cooperation, coordination, collaboration, leadership, emotional intelligence, ingenuity, innovation, creativity, lateral thinking, working under pressure, competitiveness, stress management).
• Technology: Various technologies, including augmented reality, virtual reality, and online tools, are utilized to create a futuristic experience.
• Ingenuity challenges: Riddles and thought-provoking challenges are provided for each team to solve collaboratively. The most enjoyable riddles are specifically designed to encourage collective problem-solving within the team.

ACHIEVEMENTS FOR THE ORGANIZATION

These vary according to the type of experience selected and the client’s objectives.

• Through practice and application, participants strengthen their soft skills in leadership, communication, emotional management, teamwork, and more.
