Objective: The objective is for the team to deactivate a countdown-timer "bomb." If they fail to disarm it in time, a major event will occur, safely impacting all participants.
Gotraining will provide all the necessary materials for the setup and execution of the experience.
No technical knowledge is required from the participants.*
METHODOLOGY
Each team, established at the start of the experience, must tackle a series of challenges focused on teamwork, cooperation, and leadership. Successfully completing these tasks will earn them the passwords and keys needed to either disarm a countdown-timer device or unlock a special box.
This activity combines different components:
Team-building challenges: Experiential dynamics that enhance values and skills within teams and the organization (communication, cooperation, coordination, collaboration, leadership, emotional intelligence, ingenuity, innovation, creativity, lateral thinking, working under pressure, competitiveness, stress management).
Technology: Various technologies, including augmented reality, virtual reality, and online tools, are utilized to create a futuristic experience.
Ingenuity challenges: Riddles and thought-provoking challenges are provided for each team to solve collaboratively. The most enjoyable riddles are specifically designed to encourage collective problem-solving within the team.
