Piotr will work with you to create an individual training plan based on your own strengths, weaknesses and available time, not a cookie-cutter schedule. Reaching your goals in distance running, from 5K to ultramarathon, requires you to do your physical conditioning without reaching burnout or getting injured, and ideally, to have more fun doing it!

Typically, your training program will have an initial face-to-face or telephone assessment with Piotr to discover your athletic background, current training level and results, specific goals and the time and energy you are currently able to devote to training. You will complete an intake form prior to this meeting in order to maximize your time together. Piotr will develop a personalized training plan for you based this information and will have weekly telephone feedback sessions with you to discuss progress and make plan adjustments.

With Go! Training, you can leverage your specific conditioning with one or a series of group and individual training sessions and physiological testing to help maximize your efforts. For example, since ideal training for runners includes training at a variety of effort levels, adding a monthly blood lactate profile is very helpful to accurately set your training heart rates and pace times. The lactate profile is critical in establishing initial training zones and making sure your physiology is changing appropriately as you train. Lactate profile testing sessions will also include time to discuss and demonstrate proper methods of doing the intensity training that is right for you.

Please see the Rates page for details on the Go! Training packages and options that are available.
